Anyone who has been past the break in period on their 02 noticed the shift point on the Auto. In my loaner 02 I've noticed it shift close to redline the few times I punched it but I'm not certain that is always the case. Seems like that would be a good idea from Nissan since it isn't that much fine manual shifting with the gated shifter.

Let me know if your cars does the same as it will be a few weeks before I get out of the break in period.

 

Mine shifts redline all the time when I floor it. 1-2 at 40mph or so, 2-3 at like 75 or so...others not sure..
