alignment and Rotors need help

I did my suspension maybe half a year ago w/ illuminas and eibach and have never done alignment. Today i stoped by a shop and they told me that they might not be able to do the alignment correctly to the manufacture specifications. So What do i do?????

Second I have Powerslot rotors all around w/ hawk hps and i had them on for about 30k miles. I think at least both the front ones are warped. Pads look like they can do another 15k should i cut the rotor? or should i get the new ones? I would much rather go the cheaper route but i wanted to get your opinion.

Thank you for your responses!

Find a different alignment shop. There's nothing out of the ordinary with the Maxima specs, and I've had no trouble having mine done (with aftermarket struts nonetheless).

I don't think you can resurface the powerslot rotors, but I could be wrong. Just get some Brembo blank rotors or other quality rotors and be done with it.

once you cut a rotor vibration might come back a few months after depending on how you drive since you made the rotor thinner and if it is pitted the bit will just skip over it.
Best advice buy new rotors, $30-40 not cheapest not most expensive and take it easy on your brakes. Get good pads cheap rotors but not cheapest.

thanks guys. I think i will try to cut them and go from there.

question about the alignment i think the problem is my alignment. The car does not pull anywhere, the tire tread is even just when the car goes straight the wheel is slightly turned. Thank you!

toe is out of spec, which is easy to adjust for any competent shop.

What yr is your Max? Invest in some Gen 6 front brakes (calipers, adapters, rotors, hardware kit and brake pads) hopefully you have factory 17" rims they will clear with .040-.060" clearance! I've done this mod on a few Maximas that were tired of those little 11.0" & 11.75" rotors warping...Upgrade to 12.6"

I've had 1-2000 Maxima GLE and still have 1-2003 Maxima SE and 1 1990 Maxima SE the 00 had 5 different front rotors on the car and 5 sets of front pads from Hawk hps 2 EBC (green)2 Warners 2 Raybestos and those little 11" rotors warped from any 80mph panic stop! Never got more than 4000 mi between warpage, Never tried frozen rotors! But physically and thermodynamically there's not enough mass to absorb the heat energy from a 80 mph 3400lbs car! The 03 started out getting some Stillen X-drilled 11.75" Oems and they warped around 5k miles! I installed Stillen X-drilled 12.6" Gen 6 rotors w/Hawk Hps pads on the Car and I've panic stopped from 130mph no problem. Why do you think Nissan went to such a larger rotor on the Gen 6 too many TSB's on the Gen 5!!!! Most mfg are experiencing warped rotor cause they're trying to save weight in all rotating mass! Talk to your Honda counterparts they're warping like hell!! Believe what you want and good luck!!!
