Blinker timing

Does anyone know how to modify the left/right blinker timing (make it go faster)?

You have to get the control for it, people sell the, like ones that go 2x faster or even 4x faster, but I think it looks stupid cause they sell the 4x unit to "imitate" strobe lights, but the thing is a cop might pull you over cause he will know that thing is going too fast and looks retarded.
