no, both do not come together.
i bought both and that's what you need.
the part numbers are different from US to Canada.

you need both becoz the two bolts that's holding the valve to the canister are badly rusted and will break when you try to unbolt it.

you can try these and see if they work.
Canister - 14950-4L602 OEM, 14950-4L60C replacment
Valve - 14935-5M00A
Bolts(which mate the valve and canister together) - 08363-6202D

hope this helps.
good luck

im looking for the same fix. for my 03 the canister is 14950-4L60C
there are two control valves the dealership told me one of which is similar in number to the ones posted by maxximaa dealership $253

14933-2Y90A valve assy cont is about $75
14935-5M00B valve assy co is about $75 they are similar but bring the broken one to the dealership when purchasing

im about to find out if my bolts are going to break or if i can just replace the control valve. im getting code p0455 and they said that the control valve is stuck open causing my car to smell like gas inside but its still drivable until parts come in.

Call your local dealership, im guessing the difference in our part number for one of the valves from A --> B is the model year? mines an 03 his an 02? or maybe thats the canadian / usa difference
