My luck keeps gettin' better by the day...

So it's my first weekend home after being gone for 10 weeks and my wife and kids decide to go eat at Freddie's Custard to give my boy some ice cream for his 1st b-day. We were inside maybe 45 min....we came out to find this art work. No one saw anything. And if you haven't seen my other recent bad luck check out my other thread in this forum about my bad day.

This is on the right rear 1/4 panel.

same happened to me while I was at work, except they hit the quarter panel, trunk and tail light too...my bumper looked very similar to that and my car was hit so hard it was sideways in the parking spot when I got there. $500 insurance deductible and a bit of mismatched paint later, my car is 'fixed'...I know how you feel.

No cameras...I looked for them right after I noticed the damage.

oh my god this is horrible. wth were these people thinking? they don't have good cars then don't damage others'.

sorry bro, I've been through this, and I totally understand how this kind of thing feels like.

I just hate these hit and runs, and this is obviously more than that. the guy did it on purpose because of the key scratches on the other side.

I actually saw some people slap their doors on my car on purpose while I was in the car or near my car.

again, wth with these morons?

sorry about my words. hope get her fixed soon.

one tip, next time when you park, park near good and undented cars.

Same thing happened to my moms Pathfinder, she went to groccery shop, came out of Big Y and found that her entire quarter panel was poped out....this is the second time it has happened, needless to say i think my dad "s*** a chicken", i'll try and get some pics up.....really sorry about your car though, it pisses me off that people with s***y cars don't take care around those who have really nice cars

damages like these are usually not even worth reporting to the insurance company. That is cheap enough to fix out of your pocket since you won't get much fro ins. after the $500 deductable not to mention any points on insurance (if applicable). You can possibly just do some touch up on the Q-panel (won't look beautiful but very cheap to do yourself, and have the cover replaced and painted. About a $400 - $500 job. good luck

I had the same situation a month ago, the bodyshop asked about $1300 for replacing the bumper cover and paint job. unless the driver was involved in the case, the insurance will not raise the rate. I paid $500, and let my insurance took care rest of the money.
