Exhaust help/opinion

Ok, so here's the story. It's spring time and it's time for my Maxima to get something. I was thinking exhaust, and was close to buying a Megan catback but then I kept reading on the forum and found how alot of people shun the exhaust, so I was thinking about buying cattman but then saw the price.. I was thinking of three options..

1. Buy Megan anyways..
2. Buy Cattman rear section and buy midpipes later..
3. Buy Cattman Y-pipe and keep stock muffler..

I want to keep the stock exhaust sound only make it a little louder... Sounds stupid I guess but thats what I'm trying to do..

And for the install.. my bolts are rusted so would I want to use a torch and heat them up and pound them out and use new hardware? Or should I try to wrench them off and if that doesn't work I was thinking drill the bolts out? Yes, no?

Buy the Cattman mid-pipe, enjoy your 10% increase in exhaust noise and be happy with the 1-2HP gain changing out the muffler is only for sound.

Since yours is a 3.0, you should see a nice performance increase and more sound volume by getting a Y-pipe. The b-pipe/muffler are mostly sound, with a TINY increase in performance from the b-pipe.

Hm.. Well the thing is my buddy has a 5.5 with just the rear section, I don't know what kind it is but it has a 4.5in tip? It sounds nice and deep but I really don't want a can... I like how the dtm's look and I just want a little more sound... I like my stocker I just wish it was a little louder... But performance increase? Hm..
