Oil Pan/Inner Engine Gaskets Need Replacing?

Just had an oil change at the dealership, have never had problems with the dealership trying to falsify work needed before. Service advisor says that the gaskets in the Inner Engine and around the oil pan are starting to leak and will need to be replaced within 3 - 4 months otherwise oil will start dripping onto the driveway. They want $814.00 + tax to fix. The $800 is composed of about $100 in parts and the rest is 6.5 hours labor required to change these gaskets. Is this a load of BS or have people had this issue before?

Since I'm up in there anything else I should change? Spark plugs? Coils? Anything else routine?
