Need help asap to remove rear deck cover

I followed all housecor's instructions to remove the rear deck cover but I still cant get it to budge. He didnt say how to remove the C-pillar plastic covers that seem to be holding it in place.

I have removed the upper lower and side seat cushions, removed all plastic trim around the pass through, removed the 4 plastic philips connectors on the front of the deck cover, and got the 3 plastic clips loose from under the rear deck.

Any advice on anything I missed or now to remove the C-pillar covers would be really appreciated.

Thanks.

just stick a flathead in there towards the top and pry it out from there. There are little clips in it. Just start towards the top... should come right off.

so tried that and broke the top clip, and the second is not coming off even using a lot of force. I really dont want to break any more. Is there another way?

my point...this thread was a moot (not mute) point...you figured it out all by yourself anyway

Actually, GigEmAgs07's post was very helpful, unlike yours. Yes I know it should be "moot"......."mute" must have been a freudian slip.....

Most of the time I agree with you sooner, especially when it comes to gas mileage and intake threads, etc. But I was working on my car on a saturday afternoon, ran into a little problem, was pressed for time, searched the org, didnt find the answer, so I asked. And the point of your post was, "i know the answer to his question, but its way to novice for me to answer".

So mods, please lock this thread so it doesnt turn into another "sooner has way to many absolutely useless posts" thread.

Thanks!
