2002 Maxima SE Transmission Control Module part number

I picked up a used TCM with the part number 31036 5Y710.

The one I pulled from my vehicle has the number A64-000 E91 1Z17
The used part is A64-000 E91 1706.

Should I replace the one from my vehicle with the used part? Or is the used part a newer revision?

*Thanks

I am not sure that is why I want to swap them and see how things run.

In the morning, when cold, after I put the maxima into drive, and release the brake, the car does not creep forward at its normal pace. After warm (driving about 30 minutes) things return to normal.

Also, while on the freeway going 60 to 70, it feels like the transmission wants to upshift or downshift, but the RPM needle does not move.

- I installed the used TCM and nothing major happened. Car did run rough for a minute or two, but now things appear to be OK. Will follow up after a few cold starts.
