6 speed on 3.0L tranny swap question

well my 2001 AE tranny just crap out on me over the weekend ...

I would like to put a 6speed on my 5th gen 3.0 motor what would be the list of thing I would need to get this to work..?? As far as I can tell

6speed tranny
both axles
starter
flywheel
clutch/pressure plate/disc
starter
shifter cable and shifter assembly

not sure tranny mount and wheel hubs

to the top I know there's alot of thread on the 4th gen but none on the 5th gen

Everything is the same as the 4th gen except the mount SHOULD bold on to your chassis.
