Cleaning the rims and shining the tires???

Man everytime I wash my car I always notice that brown grime that forms on the rims, I can clean it off the front and some of the inside but I can't reach it all over. Does anyone have a solution to this prob? Oh yea, and for the tires what would you guys recommend? I think Maguiars has this liquid, but I dont know what is best for maximum shine. Your expertise would be appreciatted thank you.

I use Meguiars, it works good. Doesn't spin off like those sprays and stays shiny for a pretty long time (2 weeks?)

don't use anything harsh on the rims.... I stick with soap and water. Also, wax the rim when you are done.
