brake pedal press too far

brake pedal press too far

my 02 max brake pedal presses to far down. new brakes, rotors (4), and fluid (with bleed).

check for leaks and make sure calipers are not seized check fluid and lines for leak and all buddy

Not trying to question your manliness, but get a pro to do your brakes. I never mess with brakes or steering, cuz if you mess that up, you are asking for a wreck. Sounds like you bled bubbles into your hoses or cut/cracked one of them. Maxima pedals are fairly solid.

Yeah bleed them as per the FSM...Be sure to either unplug the ABS pump/module or disconnect your battery negative cable.... while bleeding your brakes! If you're still experiencing a low peddle after your thru bleeding all your brakes, you may have a worn M/C!
