Aftermarket HU and starting

I had an aftermarket HU put in my '02 GLE (79K) on Saturday. Very quick and painless, car seemed fine on the way home, about a 30 minute drive. I didn't drive anymore on Saturday, but I did sit in the car and play with the new HU. On Sunday I started and pulled car out to clean interior, then sarted and put back in garage - everything seemd fine. This morning it didn't want to start, didn't feel like a low battery, it turned over fine, just wouldn't "catch". it finally did and seemed to run fine, no power loss, no lights, etc. I drive about 5 minutes tot he park and ride place, shut it off, and it started fine again. I'm a little nervous about what is going to happen when I get back to it tonight. Is there anything from a stereo install that could cause this? Should I check anything in particular? How aabout having AutoZone (or similar) check the battery? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Did you let the fuel system prime before you tried to start it? Likely just lost pressure after sitting overnight.

This only happened once? If it happens again, then it might be time to start looking into a diagnosis - consider this one a fluke.

Thanks for the info, last night and this morning all seemed fine, I will consider this a fluke and hope it doesn't happen again.
