I have Illuminas and still hate 'em. I went from Progress to S-techs up front because I wanted it lower

I ride the S tech. Yes I would like more travel up front, back seems to be fine. Only time I remember hitting bump stop was doing 70 on hwy hittin a raised up section of the road, which shouldn't be there anyways... this is 4th G
Maybe bigger rims make it worst, I just have 5 spoke 16s blacked paint.

I love my ride with s techs and i'm on some of the worse struts available for the car. In my opinion, s techs give the best stance for the maxima.

Of couse all of this banter relates to where you live and the condition of the roads.. In Northern California this setup would be fatal as we drive at near 80+ and have crappy roads. In Florida or other "flatter warm states" your conditions favor any setup as you have less road crap to deal with.

Less road crap to deal with? I'll admit our roads are not the WORST there is, but they are not the best either... we have no emissions testing there for the government doesn't "give" us money for upkeep of the roads.
