5.5gen Headlight woes

Okay, so after dealing with ****ty eBay LED DDEs, I have leftover glue on my chrome rings of the reflectors. How can I remove this cleanly?

Also, the adhesive sealing the headlights has been thru hell and back and won't seal perfectly anymore. How can I clean it all off so I can apply new adhesive?

fingernail polish remover for the clue. The adhesive is gonna be a pain. If it's anything like my buddys car I just had to really work with the goo-gone. Try posting in the detailing section. I bet they could help you more.

heat will help for sure. Either an oven like you used to split the light or a $25 heat gun from lowes.
