How to install cattman headers?

I am about to get a set of cattman headers and have been looking like crazy to find directions. Does anybody have instructions or a link? These are for the 3.5 engine I guess the 5.5 gen.

Thank You

Stephen

There's nothing really complex about it. It's just a lot of work.

Remove anything that gets in the way of removing the manifolds.

After you remove the manifolds, install the headers.

I know that sounds overly simplistic but it's just a nuts and bolts job.

A few tips:
*Remove the fan shroud and fans. (you'll have to remove the radiator hose which will spill some coolant)
*A set of gear wrenches makes the job go much smoother.
*A ratchet with a pivoting head also makes the job easier.
*You may have to unbolt the engine cradle and support it with a jack. This will let give you the ability to move the engine around a little to get to the rear manifold. Don't be afraid. It's not that big of a deal.

If you have a specific question you can PM me with your #.
I've done the install twice.

He makes a good point

It sounds like a straight forward job but you'll see how complex it can get. Front should be fairly painless once the fans are out of the way. Swivel head is a must. The rears is where the fun comes in. Once you get the intake manifold off, it will make for more space, it will still be hard to see into there so you'll probably end up using touch as your sight.

Going through the bottom is definitely easier, but also harder to do 'at home' w/o lift / proper jacks, etc.
