roaring noise.... rotors?

hey guys my car is making a roaring noise, all the time... i just started noticing it after I got my tires rotated and balanced, but not saying thats what caused it.. Im pretty sure my rotors need to be turned, as its vibrating some when I brake... is there anyway this roaring could be from the rotors?? does that even make sense? thanks

jack the car up and if you can pull the wheel (it'll wobble) then you need bearings...

Let's make it unanamous ... wheel bearings.

I just had mine replaced last week. I actually took my car to a few places that kept telling me it was road noise from the tires. But it was finally correctly diagnosed as wheel bearings (no wait ... front hub assembly. that sounds much more expensive). You might wat to call around to a few places and compare prices.

lol, i might just jack my car up and try the tire wobble, because i get more road noise roaring as well..then again it could be the new rims and tires (with less sidewall)

eh cant hurt to jack it up anyway

If you are mechanicaly inclined you can do it yourself if you cant press the bearing in but you can get the spindle off take it to the stealership to have the bearing pressed in it should cost;

nissan bearing $ 119.55
nissan hub $ 153.43
plus about 1 hour labor

That's per side thats why you should jack it up to narrow it down to one side or the other or if its both.
