otto fstb problem

so yesterday i received my Otto fstb for my 02 max and it didn’t look all that good with scratches, dents and it wasn’t even the one from the site(at alfaotto.com). So i look at it and try to put the bolts on the side, the ones that attach to the brace, and one of bolts is hard to screw in cause it doesn’t seat well i had to mess with it for long time. So today i called them and they said they discontinued it. After that i went to the car and try it on and its not wide enough even with unscrewing the bolts to adjust the width is not working. so my question is where can i buy a longer bolt. Im going to try to get a pic when i get home from work. if anyone can help me find that bolt or maybe where i could buy one. thanks in advance

IMO, I'd return it for a refund... Unless you knew it was coming with scratches and all that. Sounds like it's a knock-off or something else fishy.

did you seriously start a thread to ask where you can buy a longer bolt? This has to be an all-time low.

Seriously??

How about try an AUTO PARTS STORE or MCMASTER.COM.
