Am I having Transmission problems?

I know we dont have the fastest cars...but mine definetly feels a lot slower then normal. It also feels that it takes longer to shift in between gears. Its an 00 Auto maxima.

I've replaced the air filter...all 02 sensors....and cleaned my MAF.

automatic tranmission fluid
pull out the dipstick on your tranny, look the color if it's pink, smell it if it's burnt, and check the level when the car is warmed up and idling.

just because you cleaned the MAF doesnt mean it isnt dead...are your shifts reving up about 1000-1500 extra rpm in between and are you having a loss around or after 3500rpm.. if you answered yes to those ?'s 100bucks and a new MAF will solve all your problems and make u feel like you have a new car.. personally i would spend the 100 bucks and start there...g/l (cleaning an already broken one wont work u know?)

ok...if I did it right it read that the hot side was right in the middle of the gridded part of the dipstick...and the fluid went to the "o" in cold on the other side. The color is like the color of new engine oil. I did'nt smell burn.

well all the new engine oil i have seen is like a light brownish color. If its not like a pinkish color i would say get a tranny fluid flush. If you still have problems Lucas Oil makes a good additive that makes your tranny run smoother

how much miles you have on the car ?

my friend said i might just have loud tires...it dosnt sound like tires though. I did my CV joints not too long ago. It could be the bearings though
