HELP, I'm getting BAD Milage!!!

HELP, I'm getting BAD Milage!!!
Guys, My car is about 1 year old now, has roughly 36,000 KM's on it.

And I've been noticing that my Maxima doesn't feel quite right, even before my last Oil Change 4,000 KM's ago.

And Now ... I'm Getting Very Bad Fuel Consumtion?!?! I haven't actually Used the ODOMETER to see exactly yet ... but the Fuel Guage drops a LOT Faster than before.

I first noticed that my Max, doesn't have as much "GO" and after the Oil change ... it got a BIT better, but its still Feels "BOGGED"

What do You guys think the Cause is??

I always check my Tire Pressure, so It CAN'T be that.

Help

Re: HELP, I'm getting BAD Milage!!!

Any other symptoms? Or, just bad milage and stuff?
I mean, is it misfiring? Does it smell like gasoline?

More info please...

Misfiring ... I've heard of the term and I have a good idea of what it is, BUT what would that ACTUALLY be like?? How do you tell?

And No ... I haven't noticed a Gasoline smell!

Does your car idle rough...or feel like it's not running on all six cylinders???
Does the engine "ping" or make any other noises (besides vrrrrrroooooommmm) when you accelerate?

How's the mileage your getting on your Max? On my 2K1, even with really hard driving I still get roughly 345 on a full tank.. Use Syntec Oil...

what could the problem be if any. i don't have any misfiring or pining/knocking.

NO = Could just be bad gas or condensation in the tank.
YES = Could be a bad injector or vacuum/gas leak.

Your car is still under warranty. The best place to answer your cry for "Help" is your friendly Nissan dealer. The answer could be any, all, or none of the things mentioned here. Take your car in to the service department where you bought the car. It's their job to fix it while it's still under warranty.

I get about the same. Aggressive driving sucks up your gas. Drive like a Grandma for an entire tank of gas, with no burnouts, brake torquing sp? streetlight races. After that tank see what kind of milage you get from it, it will be a little better, I constantly get around 265-285 miles out of my tank each time. This is with no freeway driving, 50-60MPH highways with stoplights. I figure just about normal. I also like to get on it every now again.
