Just sold my 1997 Maxima with 250,000. Sold for $250
Picked up a 2005 maxima for $17k with $17k miles on it. Now have 34,000. Hope is lasts as long as the first one.

Great car and she's had it for 7 years. Needed sunroof motor, rt. side pw switch, and in the last 6 months. alternator, IACV, and CV boots replaced. Now the only item to fix is the CEL which has been on for a year-O2 sensor or cat, we'll see.

Garage kept 2001 Sterling Mist Maxima SE with Frost Leather. 8,166 miles. I know... I know... No miles at all but the drive to work is only 1 mile each way and I have another car, a 1994.5 Sentra LE. $3.00 a gallon gas prices will do it to you!

Just bought a '00 SE, Mohogany Pearl, 147K, interior still looks new, $4000. Needs CV axles, bumper paint, brake job. This site is awesome for fixing all the little quirks it had.

tires, frnt brakes, anti-lock system replaced under warranty and oil. However soon time to look at plugs, chain, water pump, struts, belts in next few months. I would like another 2-3 more years of high reliability

Me too....and I thought I wouldn't find anyone with lower miles!
2001 SE (Merlot)- Just hit 60k miles and running strong. I haven't had a single mechanical problem yet. Just a set of brakes and tires....and normal maintenance! Best car I've ever owned.
