replaced rear calipers...

Ok so i replaced my rear calipers but im kind of concerned, before i drive the car i know i need to bleed the brakes, but my concern is why can i not spin my rotors ? Will they free up once the calipers are bled?

Did you push the piston all the way back? to be flush with the actual caliper? You drove to NYC and back without bleeding your brakes? O_O

ITS as far back as i could get it, if it is sticking out an 1/8 inch, would that affect it? And will that go away after bleeding?

Was the "cross" on the piston correctly oriented? As in the + mark on the actual piston

I CANT RECALL....DOES IT MAKE A DIFFERENCE WHETHER THE NOTCHES ARE IN A PLUS PATTERN OR NOT?

sorry im not yellin LOL i was doin something else also, i cant find what i was looking for, so what happens if they are fully installed and the notches arent in the + sign symbol?

ok so your basically saying i need to take both sides apart again and make sure i get the + or cross symbol ....why does it need to be shaped like that? are there cntacts points or something that need to be correct?

yep, the brake pad has a nub on it that has to line up with one of the holes/notches/low spots in the +.
