Calling maximadave! Need your help

maximadave,
I think you work at a Nissan dealership? True? I am trying to help Pacific Accesory Corp (PAC) find a source for a 2K2 Max service manual. They are working on an adapter that lets you use the steering wheel audio control buttons with an aftermarket head unit without disabling the trip computer button. Can you (or anyone else) tell me how to get a service manual
Thanks,
Jeff

I dont work at a dealership....I manage a car audio shop but I do know someone at Mossy Nissan here in Oceanside, CA. Ask for Greg in parts and tell him you were referred from Maxima.org. 760-720-9797. His nickname on the org is GregV if you want to send him an email.

maximadave,
Wow, Mossy Nissan gets around. I bought a '97 from them here in Houston. Wonder is it's the same one.
Thanks for the info, I will forward to PAC.

SWI-X WORKS

2002 SE TX---

i got my PAC SWI-X installed and they were able to reactivate the trip computer button with it (along with the normal stereo buttons) --i still have to call Karl at PAC and let him know--if you live in Houston, just take it to Car Toys @ El Dorado and ask for Cory--he's the install guy

Could you do a huge favor and ask if the SWI-X would work with the 2K1 pathfinder controls (trying to use that cause the .org ppl have told me the 2k1 max controls won't fit on my 2K). Or find out what conditions the SWI-X will work under (2k1 -> system with IR controls etc.. ). I notice the list it as good for 95 - 01 max.

Thanx in advance
