yes on the swimming, not sure on the MPG

really though it think ppl need to remember to take stuff out of their car, weather it's textbooks, sports equipment, etc.

if not for gas mileage, at least for the better overall performance for reducing weight!!

driving/acceleration sure sucks when i car pool to work though with 3 other ppl in the car. one of which is a 200+ lbs. woman. yuck

But you're only driving a couple days a week at most, right?

In other news, touch that woman's genitals

hahaha in other news, i think i would lose my finger. And thanks for giving a horrible visual of a woman i work with!

4 of us trade off ,drive one full week. really helps keep the miles off my baby!

but i definately get one or 2 less MPG with 3 extra ppl in the car ( approx 500 extra lbs. )

Just came back from pepboys the other day for a "tune up and fuel system cleaner" service which both cost me $180. They replaced ( hopefully ) all 6 sparkplugs with NGK platinum and my car FEELS faster. However, the same day I got my car back, I felt my car shaking violently. For some reason it didn't go away until I started revving the car over 5rpm. I don't know if this had anything to do with the service Pepboys did because this never happened to me. Anybody knows whats wrong with the car? It will sometimes shake VERY violently until I drive it hard ... then it will go away.

Lesson learned....dont take your baby to Pepboys for service. Other than that, sorry no input on your situation.

well when I said shake ... it almost feels like the car is shivering. I don't know the term for it but the closest word I can use it shiver. This issue happens at random times like when I'm driving on local, never happens on highway. It is quite noticeable in the front where the driver and passengers are. I looked out my side mirror and the car literally looks like its shivering.

They might have left a coilpack unplugged. That would make the car shake. Check to see if the injectors are all plugged in also.

Well I brought my car back on Saturday but they told me their "master" has left and to come back tomorrow. I brought it back on Sunday but their master wasn't in today either and told me to bring it today. So today they opened up the hood and said there was nothing the "naked eye" can see but they did feel a little hesistation coming from the engine. No idea what that meant. They also told me that since my SES light is on, that may cause the problem to the shaking. Which means if I want find out what's wrong with it they gotta diagnos my car ... for $90. I might as well bring it in the Nissan Dealership who does the same service for the same price. I think I have no where else to turn to now ...

I mentioned about getting the SES light checked from Autozone and they told me they cannot trust other readers because they don't want to be held responsible. Maybe they just want an easy $90? :/

Oh I also wanted to add, I been driving with OD off since I got my car. I am not sure if this has an affect on my mileage ... since previous post were talking about how the OD saves gas when its on.
