AE headlights

hey everyone... does anybody know where i can find a set of AE headlights with smoked corners? I'm not satisfied with aftermarket projectors due to it doesnt shine on the road like its supposed to. Also does it reflect like OEM?

Yeah if you rub the chrome it comes off really easy, i took mine apart and painted them, wrap in towel put in oven at 250F for 10 mins, check to see if its loose enough to pull apart, if not a few more mins in the oven, its alot easier then it sounds.

Small pic of mine.

^ what he said. just rub the chrome off. I was scared to do mine since i was a poor college kid and didn't wanna eff things up. But a buddy came over and we blacked out his i30 headlights and my max's in one sitting.

it wasn't hard at all. just follow the write-ups on this site.

I used that Krylon Fusion for plastics.
that photo is the end result.
if you want it to look like the one in that photo link you posted, just remove the shield over the bulb and dont tape off the turnsignal

Btw, the piece that is painted black is a sep piece inside that light that comes out, you will see how once you pop it open.

They should fit without many issues, maybe wiring or something, not too sure.

Yea....I've seen plenty of 5th gens with 5.5 gen headlights...they seem to fit but the 5.5 grille I know does not fit correctly.

I would buy it from Courtesynissanparts.com or at your local nissan dealer, if you want the OEM AE headlights, I'm saving up mine since my headlight on one side is starting to yellowing and hazing as well.

Physically yes, they'll fit but you would have to modify the harness slightly from the halogen H4 to the dual headlight 02-03, not hard but possible!

Just polish them a little bit and they'll shine like new.
