finaly raced a type r
a 2k yellow type r follows me on to the parkway and we race .round 1,we punch it doing about 70mph and stay even till he switches lanes as do i ,i end up a good ways ahead because he gets caught in traffic.round 2 i get behind him waiting for traffic to clear a little we punch it from about 70mph again he pulls about 1/2 car length on me before i wind out third but by the middle of 4th i reel him in and by 120mph or so i have about 1 1/2 cars and still pulling slightly when he slows down.last race he's on my bumper when i punch it doing 80mph and he stays about half a car behind me until i go into 4th and don't start to pull away till about 108mph or so.from my experience the itr is faster over 100mph than a gtp,cl-s ,tl-s ,celica gt-s and wrx.d#! that little basterd was hard to catch.

you know what dennis.. he was probably modded.. most ITR owners who are stock usually don't race that much.. i would say he had a mod or two..
GTP's are slow top end .. most GTP owners you see running low 14's have trap speeds of low 90's.. they have NO top end.. GTP girl in NJ is running 14.1@90 .. you know her denis.. you met her at the track.. 90 mph? i am still wondering..
ITR's, RSX's and GSR's are like the S2000... once you get them in high RPM the VTEC kicks in and then thats where their power is...
CL-S/TL-S are auto's so they are not going to get good power band high up unless they are using Aftermarkert Torque Convertors...
WRX has hardly end high end power because they turbo's already spooled and they are fu<ked..
Celica GTS should be just like the ITR's with the high redline so they should have power up there too

The IT-R's arond E-TOwn with basic bolt-ons runs low 14's. Stock they are about high 14's. I am assuming this guy was mostly stock. I do know how wll Dennis' car pulls. I have gotten a few rides in my lifetime.
I still want to see Dennis vs Sprint. Dennis, i still know you want to try me.
