sprint springs and bumpstops

Ok so i did some research and i have a question. I have sprint springs i bought off a org member and love them. I didnt get any directions so i installed and had a nice day. My question is do i need to cut the bumpstops? I didnt do this as i didnt know. If i cut the bumpstops will i notice a diff in the front as that is where i feel the road bumps and cracks the most. I pmd Y2KSESteve but see he hasnt posted in a bit. Would the hard hits i sometimes get be attributed to not cutting the stops....?

almost certainly - you'll need to cut 'em!!

NO exp. with the sprints personally -- but from what I remember, they are low and stiff!

It's going to be a paint to take it all apart again -- but I think you'll be happy with the results!

ok cool. idont mind the ride it is rough but its all subjective. i just memorize the potholes and look where i drive. how much of the bumpstop should be cut. it looks about 2 inches or so tall and one inch is solid and the other inch has a indented ring around it. how many inches should be removed?
