@#$% Are there any RELIABLE Aftermarket Y-Pipes?

Alright, after spending +2hrs of researching y-pipe and exhaust information, it appears as though every manufacturer (Budget, Warpspeed, Stillen, Cattman) provides "bees in a can" after time, or is suspect to some other type of issue.

Has anyone had 'success', in terms of longevity, with their b/y pipe combos? It's hella frustrating shopping for these parts when nearly every brand seems to have some type of issue

IBseachmoar - I already did.

Who said they all lead to the "bees in the can" effect! I've been using my CM Ypipe on my 03 for over 3yrs and there's no evidence of an that happening...That doesn't happen to the Cattman Ypipe for your info....just the other inferior brands such as Stillen and Warpspeed.

is that an opinion?
or a fact that you can prove with evidence

Well, that's encouraging! Hopefully some more members chime in with some additional testimonials!

Yeah I can prove that mine(Cattman) is still like new! No leaks nor buzzing so it must be the other brands....What evidence do I need! It's been installed on my 03 for more than 3 years ...no problems!

That's what I am leaning towards at present. Unfortunately, he will not have any available until the latter part of this year.

Looks like I'm in for a wait, albeit, a worthwhile one!
