My 2000 gave me a bunch of codes one time also, but it turned out to be the MAF sensor malfuntioning. Is your car acting strange? if so what is it doing?

The fact that this started happening after you did the intake means that where you should start looking. Lean codes are assosiated with intake leaks. That is probably the source of your problems. Go over the intake again, once you get the lean codes to go away, see if any others come back.

the car doesnt really act funny... at certain times it would idle a lil funny , the needle would be normal but i listen to the way it idles and it sounds a lil funny.. but it drives good pulls strong on the highway.. thats wat had me a lil stumped on the whole lean issue...

on the spacers it said dont over rtv seal it so i was very carefull on the amount i put.. and the car sat for a whole night b4 i even started it up so that should of been enough time to let the sealant dry...

i figure if its the spacers shouldnt it have thrown a code a lil sooner?? the spacers were put on around thanksgiving..

Knock that out and see what happens after.

I just received a code that said that there may be an issue with the catalyst converter. I have a 01 Maxima GLE and it has over 130,00o miles. Has anyone had a issue with their converter and if so, what was the resolution?
