there are about 6 diff. brands of springs to choose from...basically they lower your car between 1-2 inches which of course looks better. and since your car is lower it will corner and handle better since is has a lower center of gravity...I cant really say which springs to get since it all depends on what you want most..performance,stifness,comfort etc etc.. To be honest, the best thing you can do is to use the search feature located at the top of the page.. you will find tons and tons of information regarding all possibilities for springs you might be interested in...welcome aboard!

Here is the low down on the different types of springs

Inches (front/back)
Eibach 1.3, 1.0 (stiff)
H&R 1.4, 1.3 (near stock)
Progress 1.7, 1.5 (near stock)
Intrax 1.75 all around
Sprint 2.0 all around (stiff)
B&G 1.6, 1.6
Ground Controls adjustable (very stiff)
MaxSpeed 1.7, 1.4 (near stock)

The comments in the parenthasis are the ride quality.
