No pic but I mounted my driver side ballast on the battery and I believe I mounted my passenger side on the washer fluid resevoir, but could be wrong about the latter.

It honestly doesn't matter as long as it's flat and clean. I'm pretty sure my ballasts lost their adhesion and fell off a while ago. I've had my kit in for nearly four years like that without any problems.

So if it is not secure 100% it still will work?
Like what i mean to say is if it moves around a little while i am driving it, its not going to harm it?

Also does anybody know what to do with the OEM rubber protector boot around the old light bulb? I cant get all the wires through it with it being water-tight. And if i dont use it the peice that came with the kit is it small?

Do what you can to prevent it from moving around. I'm saying that even if it isn't taped up perfectly, it should still work. But you don't want the things bouncing all over your engine bay.

I don't know what kit you have but you should be able to fit the wires through that rubber washer dealy. You should keep that on there as it will help prevent condensation in your housing.

<---- Nearly four years installed and no tickets. I've been flashed by hicks in the country maybe 5 times max and that is without any glare shield.

its laughable that you actually think that this really eliminates glare, and makes it so it doesn't glare in other people's eyes. Lets assume it does, you are still using HID in a sub par lighting system as H4 is, not to mention in order to get enough usable light to be worth it, you will probably have to aim the headlights higher. This would cause glare whether or not you have a "glare shield". I used this type of setup for a couple of days(literally 2 days, and it had a casper shield or "glare shield") before I decided to go the projector route, which uses housings DESIGNED for HID. if you want a bit more explanation, look here. and here I thought we were trying to differentiate ourselves from the honda crowd.
