Sloshing noise coming from the car

I heard a funny noise coming from the car today whenever I would start to stop and whenever I would take off. It sounded terrrible...like nothing I've heard before. I listened real close and it sounded like it was coming from the front tire. I opened the window and did a couple start stops in the driveway.
I've never heard of this before, but I think my ground effects are holding water. It sounds like water and pebbles sloshing around in a bucket. It's dark out now so I can't look at it until the morning. Are these things sealed? Has anyone ever had this happen?

Sorry, It's in my signature. I have a 20th anniversary edition.

I thought it might be coming from the gas tank, but you can definately hear it right at the rocker panel. I had a friend confirm it.

You sure its not the heater core? You could have air trapped in there.

Positive. You can definately hear it right at the rocker panel. I guess I just need to start trying to take the ground effect off and see what I can come up with.

I've just never heard of that happening.

I know this topic is old, but any fix for this? My 20th anniv is making the same noise.
