I just replaced my JWT Pop Inake with a Place Racing Cold Air Intake. If you want to gain back some of the low-end that you loose with a JWT then get the CAI. Sounds better too

Has anyone actaully dynoed a Max with a Pop Chargered and proved that you do lose low end (but gain high end), or are people just saying that with results from the "butt-dyno"?

You could feel the difference as soon as it installed. With the JWT as soon as I installed it, I felt slower when launching off the line. With my CAI, it's a tad faster.. But not by that much..

Hey man did you ever get those measurements of that CAI for me? If not, I guess I will figure something out.

POP vs Hi Flow???

Will someone explain why the CAI is more effective than Stillen's short ram or "Hi Flow Intake". I understand the idea of a larger air intake and that cool air is better that the hot engine compartment. I was duped into ordering the HF from "stealin". It was supposedly just now available for the 02'. I am going to look at the set real hard to see if it can be modified to get a better fresh air supply to the Cone. If not I may send it back.

Has anyone installed this HI Flow from Stillen on an O2'? Does anyone offer a true CAI for the 02'?

I know this dyno was done. I want to say Paul did it but don't quote me on that. Try the search.
