hey guys whats the best intake for the 5.5 max..ive done alot of reseach and i guess the stillen makes no hp improvments and ive heard alot about the injens..im just flipped between a short ram and a cold air...any suggestions..im looking for obviosly sound improvements and hp..whats the best from your experiences

I have the Injen intake, I like it but it has some drawbacks. The design puts it directly behind the radiator so it's not really getting cold air. It however does produce a great sound. WHP gains are not the greatest but a definate inprovement the best thing I've noticed is the mpg increase I got, it gave me an extra 2mpg city and about 4-5mpg highway. It's not a bad setup, others probably won't agree, but I like it. The major drawback of the long tube setup is the engine starts to choke out at higher rpms but other than that its not too bad. Search is your friend try that first... flame on
