2002 Maxima accessories prices (Canada)

I dropped by the dealer today and made arrangement to pick up my 6 speed Majestic Blue Monday

I asked for the owners manual so I have something to read this weekend

Before I left, one of the guys gave me a list of accessories. I will
list a few of them here:

Floor mats $105.82
Rear spoiler $359.61, $598.6 installed
Sunroof wind deflector $110.59 installed
Truck mount 6 disc changer $760.20 installed
Microfilter $125.83 ins (how often do we change
this one??)
Extra FOB $110.40

Now the fun stuff:

NISMO decal set $60.45
K&N filter element $105.92 (expensive!!)
Stillen Y Pipe (15hp) $800, 884.70 installed
Eibach springs (1.9" drop) $560, 1022.00 installed (6 hours)
Ground Effect Kit Stillen $1800/2500

I don't plan on getting the hood deflector, nor the sunroof deflector.
The Y pipe is intriguing. That and CAI will likely be $1,400 Canadian, and might add 20 hp???

I am excited. Now I need to make appointment for tint. The one I called had a 10 day waiting list.

WOW!!!! I wish more dealers here in the U.S. sold accessories like that (y-pipe, springs, etc)...

About the in-cabin microfilter, I believe its recommended to be changed every year or every 12000 miles (19300km ??) -- At least that's what I've been told about mine.

Actually, I believe that it is supposed to be washable and re-usable on the 2002.

Now obviously all the prices you listed are CANADIAN prices correct? so then I can use the 1.51 exchange rate to convert it right? If so, damn the stuff is cheap then

Filter element

2k2se6spd is right about it being a washable element.

What dealership are you getting the prices from? I'm in Kitchener, but bought my 2k2 6spd in Cambridge.

Another thing, I thought all SE's came with the spoiler, I'm guessing you just listed that since it was in the catalogue? Am I right about all SE's having the spoiler?

buddy ... unless you're swimming in cash (if so .. why'd u buy a Max?) ... those prices are ridiculously high for the aftermarket mods ...

e.g. Stillen y-pipe ... brand new is $400 US tops ... @ 1.60 that's $640 ... there are ways of going about it so you don't have to pay tax / duty / brokerages ...

CAI (now ... did u mean CAI or SI?) .. group deal for $180 US = $288 CDN

so for both it should be about ... $928 canada .. not $1400 as u mentioned ... even if your pricing includes taxes ... you're being had ... u didn't by any chance buy from Alta (Hunter?) .. if so .. those guys are really expensive ...

Some of the prices are prices including installation. None of the prices included tax.

I guess labour is about $85/hour .. which is also steep ... if u r in Toronto ... I have a buddy who's rate is $50/hr taxes included ...

oh ... btw ... the Stillen is not stainless steel ... since u live in the gr8 white north .. u may want 2 consider Cattman's SS y .. there was a GD for $360 ... sorry think u missed out ... & it's T304 SS .. I have that on mine ...

btw ... does Stillen even have a y for the 2k2 or r they just going 2 make it fit?
