this sound sucks... help

I have an 03 max with 109,000
Car runs and rides great but i have one problem with it.
When i hit the gas i get a water sound or a bubbly sound.
Its not cool at all.
I only put 93 and i have done fuel injection cleansing... Nothing seems to help... I put it on the scanner and no codes come up...

Sounds like a coolant problem like air in the system. Check how full your coolant reservoir is.
