Odd Starting Issue (MT)

I'm having a problem starting the car sometimes.

This only happens when the engine is already warm, but when I press the clutch and turn the key, I get nothing, just a click..after trying for between 30sec and 2 mins, it eventually starts.

I don't think it's the battery, because I am having no issues once it decides to try to turn over, and the starter was replaced last summer.

Again this only happens when the car is already warm, and it eventually starts.

I was thinking it might be a problem with the switch on the clutch pedal, but again, I have no issues from a cold start.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Even though the starter was replaced, it could go bad. It sounds to me like a dead spot on the starter.

Ok this is way late but you have a bad ground, clean your battery terminals!
