what my hs y pipe looks like after 3 years in ny..






over the summer i will probably sand it, and repaint a high temp black paint. both primaries look good though, and so does the car after a quick was and a lower drop for the spring

Not bad after being subjected to the salt of Winter. I live in Indiana, so mine will look that way at some point as well.

If that were mine, I would take it to someone after removing, and have it sand blasted clean. Far cheaper than having to buy a new one.

What did it look like new? Was that aluminized? Painted?

TR motorsports MT-1s..17x8s wrapped in 245/45 toyo 4s. the only weigh 17lbs a piece (the rims only)

Mine look the same here in NE winters after close to four years. The primaries still look clean tho and the welds are holding up perfect.

Wow that's crazy. That suck's that u can only enjoy for 15k and then u have worry about having to replace it.

You don't have to replace an exhaust that begins to rust. You have to replace an exhaust that rusts through and it generally takes more than 15k. Try more like 75-100k.

You guys have no idea what rust is.
