It looks like the vader style has a functional vent? In my experience with my vented Sarona hood the vent just causes problems. I had to fabricate metal strips that actually cover the vents from the underside of the hood because I had too much water coming into the engine bay which was scary because I have CCFL + HID wiring that was getting soaked. Even the strips I made dont keep things completely dry....I am playing with the idea of getting rid of my Sarona hood for a OEM CF one because I am so sick of water getting into the engine bay. The vents look good yes...but they just cause problems IMO.
