help!!! my bumper lenses are blinking!!!

i got my car two days ago after installing and painting the body kit and my bumper lenses started blinking!!!!
does anyone know what possibly caused that?????
it blinks really fast and looks really cool, but i think it is illegal, so i want to fix it soon
do you think it is possible that the heat in the paint room mesed up something???
thanx guys

I'd go with Kev and say the thing about the connections, cause when I took my car in for the rear bump/trunk TSB, they didn't connect one of the lights correctly and it was going on and off. I thought I was seeing things at first, but all I did was check the connection and it was okay after that.

That is the first time i have heard this one.

Check to make sure all the lights on that side are blinking, you must have one out.

Or it is blinking cause the ground is not solidly grounded
