oxygen sensors?
You are long overdue -- they usually last 80-100k.
Beyond the above miles they just get lazy and don't thro a code. I sourced my o2 from
www.ngk.com.
Reasonable prices with end connectors, no need for slicing etc.

I have 135k+ on my car with no blown O2 sensors. I will be putting on a y-pipe this week so we'll see what happens. As mentioned above, unless your car is throwing codes or you're having other symptoms, there is no need to replace.

Are you the original owner? If so, you are very lucky and unusual to not have any o2 sensors go bad for 140K miles.
If your gas milage is good, I'd say leave them alone!
