194 or 168, depending on what brand. Polarg and most other brands have the 194, and PIAA has 168.

What brand did you have? Someone also posted in a thread that www.autodynamic.com had some LED wedge bulbs that are claimed to never fade. So far my Polargs have been good...a little pinkish, but red enough to be legal (knock on wood) and redder than mostly all other bulbs.

yeah, that was me who posted on the led wedges. i was surfing around looking for indiglo gauges for a gift and i saw those on their homepage. i'll be trying those out i think and get a feel for their quality. if they're bright enough, i'll probably get them all around cuz i do believe they'll last longer than filament based bulbs.

the bulbs i have in my corners now is some cheapo brand that shined pink. i actually kinda like that softer color, but they're toasted now.

LED bulbs (194)

Those bulbs on Autodynamic.com come in red, amber, white, and blue. They are #194 bulbs, 12 volt, & are 5 watts, but supposed to look like 10 watts. LEDs should last longer. They're $10 a pair. I'm gettin em soon.
