Dealership replacement parts...Strut mounts vs. strut bearings???

Called stealership today to get a price on mounts and boots. Guy told me that there aren't "mounts per se" for the front, but instead just bearings. And for the rear, told me there are "rubber bumps" that are typically replaced.

Any idea what this guy is talking about because I'm

P.S. Yes, yes....I know about Dave, but I need these parts asap

Why do you need the parts asap? Is your car on the rack and the suspension off?

I've had parts over nighted by Dave B. Best part is, he's incredibly knowledgable and would probably be able to explain what it is you need. Plus it's cheaper. And he's a nice guy.

I'm having a buddy of mine do the install and his availability is limited, also, I've got a fairly long trip planned soon and I'd like to have the suspension squared away prior.

But anyways, question remains can someone explain a little more clearly? I don't want to call Dave and have him explaining things, rather not waste his work time on things that could be discussed elsewhere.

Both front and rear have mounts. Factory parts fiches show the (front) bearing as a separate part. Aftermarket mounts typically come with the bearings already installed.
Front and rear also have bumpstops integrated with the dust sleeves.

Poke around rockauto.com.

Does anyone have a picture of the strut mounts and bearings? I want to replace the struts for tokiko blues and would like to keep the stock springs (2000 SE), of course want to change strut miunts and bearings, but I haven't been lucky on my search to find those and have a picture of them.
By the way what else should I change? Do the blues come with boots??
Thanks

No issues with my orders. You should be able to find a 5% off coupon out there on the Internet as well.

No. Blues will not come with dust boots. You can purchase them O.E.M, which will last longer, or aftermarket.
