Remove the brake line then place the bracket under the brake line and reinstall you'll be fine!

You can always pull the grommet out of the bracket and give the bracket a couple taps with a hammer to slightly ease the amount of rubbing that you ahve with the line.

Never hooked it up I was not sure what to do about the brake line and I didnt want to risk anything. No worries it takes about 10 mins to jack it up and get the tires off of it.
