ES or OEM Engine Mount?

ES or OEM Engine Mount?
The bushing in the front of the car and the one in between the engine and the firewall are bad. My local auto shop sells the ES mounts for $226 a pair and oem would be $320 a pair. I was just wondering if I should just get ES since they have a good rep and are cheaper. Also is it hard to change them out? My shop wants to charge me $120 for labor which sounds reasonable to me. What do you guys think?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Those ES prices are over double retail....you might want to shop around.
