p0138/p0325 questions? 125,000 miles

p0138/p0325 questions? 125,000 miles
I currently have two codes on my 01 max. The car has 125,000 on it and I have never replaced coils or o2 sensors/knock sensor. I replaced the maf at 100,000. Since these codes are both for bank 1: sensors 1 and 2 should I replace both 02 sensors? I am thinking the p0325 is a "phantom" code caused by the p0138. Any help would be appreciated.
