H&R springs........

whats the drop on the H&R spings, where can i find them, and how much $$$ are they usually? i want a small drop, just enough to close that wheel gap a little, but i want to keep stock struts for a little while and still have close to stock ride quality.

Going by your handle, I see you have a '01 GLE.. Me too I had my H&R installed about a month ago. The drop was definitely noticeable and the ride stay the same. Oh yeah, I kept my stock struts/shocks too..

I got mine from carparts.com for $183. Take a look on my site for pics of the drop. Your factory struts will last about 40K. B/c mine are starting to make noise now.

I recently had them installed and while the drop is noticeable, it's not extreme by any means. I think it's supposed to be about 1.4" or so. You can tell when I'm parked next to another Maxima, but other than that it's not too noticeable to a non-Maxima owner. The handling has improved quite a bit though, as well as stability at higher speeds. I notice a little increase in ride roughness when I'm in Charlotte (****ty roads), but that's pretty much it.
