I know for sure because this isn't the first time someone asked "can I use any other angel eyes besides Umnitza". Other people have confirmed this like The Law, and if you ever compared the 02-03 reflector to the actual ring you'll understand why they fit well.

I used these for my retrofit:

Im not sure what size the rings need to be for OEM 02-03 housings but if you can find out then you can either order the needed size from retro solutions offerings or get them to make you a custom sized set....
All the kits come with 2 extra ballasts (1 ballast powers 2 rings) and the rings are very bright. IMHO they are an excellent alternative to much higher priced umnitza kits

those are for projector headlights. not sure if that would fit. prefacelift means nonprojector. those are the same box that i got mine in though. you gotta trim the tops of those where the plastic peice goes across and they dont fit perfectly. theres a lil bit of overlap with these. not worth the time imho. keep looking for different setups. also check bimmerforums. theyre sponsors carry angel eyes that will work

Prefacelift means pre 2002 for sedans and 2004 for coupes. Actually prefacelift sedan, coup, projector, non-projector, and facelift sedan are the same. I only said make sure to get prefacelift so you don't accidentally get facelift coupe ones which are completely different.
