need help with my a/c
need help with my a/c
hi i had the belts tightened a little today from belt squeaking now the ac doesnt work. It runs but no air is blowing out i'm really frustrated now can anyone help me. Thank u
Im having kind of the same problem...I have cold air when the a/c is turned on, it is not blowing but you can feel it if you start driving....I was told my blower motor went out but took it off and ran a straight line to it and the motor turned, all fuses and relays are in good condition, amp meter says electricty output is good and I was told it might be the resistor so im going to check that tomorrow
Seems common for the blower resistor to go out. Usually though there is also something up with the blower motor itself (bad bearings etc). These blower resistor is pretty accessible (under the dash just behind the glove box. The fan motor, you'll need to remove the glove box to get to.
