I just finish installing my led cluster when i notice my key ring light wasn't working anymore then i thought i probably blew out the bulb so i connected a led in its place it works now but the output pretty weak and it wont turn off with the car on or off everything else works fine any ideas? thanks.

Get a proper #74 LED then....
